New Project Building by Ailtireacht Architects

Ailtireacht Architects recently completed a project based in Dublin in Rathgar. Two-storey building is equipped with bathroom, bedroom and room to work. A canopy was built in an existing corridor wrapped dining room.Traditionally, this house consists of a series of functional spaces and subject to such mainhouse. Designs utilizing this premise, in the creation of a series of multifunctional space generously proportioned, contemporary accommodate not provided by the typical Victorian House, imagining the space to work, play, bathe and sleep. Materiality of the house was chosen as a response to existing conditions make painted on the back porch and subordinate functional spaces contained. (more…)

Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook Project by Safdie Rabines Architects

Located in Culver City of California, Rabines Safdie Architects has built a new park which includes roads, visitor center with exhibits, and beautiful scenery with a total building area is 7200 sq.ft and a total construction cost of $ 7.5 Million. A concrete path leads from the parking lot to the visitor center. On top of the hill, visitors get unobstructed views of the LA basin, where the mountains and the Pacific Ocean framed relentless urban sprawl. (more…)

The New Royal Danish Playhouse

Located in front of the harbor in Copenhagen Denmark, the Royal Danish Playhouse is a theater building which received RIBA European Award 2008 for the architecture and the Red dot design award for the design of the chair. Theatre was designed by Danish architectural practice Lundgaard & Tranberg. Exterior is dominated by headlines of glass-encased continuous with offices and facilities for NACK-stage actors. Above is a band of copper-clad glass cube tower dark scenes. With approximately 40 percent of the projected building on the water, walking the waterfront pivots around the playhouse, the diversion of pedestrians rose into the 150-meter long street lined with oak plank placed on the column bent rural Venetian style create a floating feel. Pinck-Heerkens house located at Prinsengracht, one of the most coveted street in Amsterdam. This house is result of the renovation of the former industrial space with retaining some original features, such as wooden floors and ceilings. BogemanDill create a void in the middle of the house to unify the space of four floors with the main Living Room. Two rooms joined by a floating bridge made of steel I-beams. Overall, the original features such as brick work and windows visible steel cage contribute to an atmosphere somewhat reminiscent of a New York apartment. (more…)
