Héctor Ruiz-Velázquez has transformed the attic space of an early 20th century building in Madrid, into a new living space with a variety of levels. Every one of the rooms or points of the home can be located by specifying the axis of coordinates. Ruiz-Velázquez placed a large three-dimensional object in the space, creating a play of heights and a second level. The mezzanine-like structure not only provides a separate sleeping area and extra storage, but also screens off a kitchen area and bathroom. (more…)

This is a villa located in Miami, Florida. This villa has been redesigned by BNO Design becomes a stylish contemporary villa rock n ‘roll. Before getting a touch of magic from BNO Studio, these villas were deserted and the old-fashioned. In accordance with such a funky interior design then this villa called “Villa Roxie.” The living room is white on white. The mirrored side tables, fringed lamps and fuzzy carpet make it feel like a glam backstage lounge where you come to hang with the band before they perform. The residence is designed from the basic premise: the maximum land use for large programs.
