Héctor Ruiz-Velázquez has transformed the attic space of an early 20th century building in Madrid, into a new living space with a variety of levels. Every one of the rooms or points of the home can be located by specifying the axis of coordinates. Ruiz-Velázquez placed a large three-dimensional object in the space, creating a play of heights and a second level. This is a villa located in Miami, Florida. This villa has been redesigned by BNO Design becomes a stylish contemporary villa rock n ‘roll. Before getting a touch of magic from BNO Studio, these villas were deserted and the old-fashioned. In accordance with such a funky interior design then this villa called “Villa Roxie.” The living room is white on white. The mirrored side tables, fringed lamps and fuzzy carpet make it feel like a glam backstage lounge where you come to hang with the band before they perform. The dining and living spaces throughout the home are dotted with touches of silver and shimmer, from an over-sized chandelier to the sparkly, dangling fireplace screen. (more…)

The residence is designed from the basic premise: the maximum land use for large programs. Thus, this strategy is to find specific areas and vertical circulation extreme way to enjoy the flexibility of space and various Wide visual, structure and volume gains. The house was designed by a succession of free horizontal slabs with strategic holes. In these 8×11 meters plans, these holes allow vertical circulation and the entry of zenith light.
