Dock4 Architecture has designed the white Perrin house from wood materials. The Houses built on top of a landscape with views of beautiful beach, located on the east coast of North Bruny Island, Tasmania. The main idea is to design the home at the edge of the steepest section of the site, affording dramatic views of the surroundings. Another consideration that is in use by architects to build this house is the energy factor. White Perrin House is a beautiful beach house that can optimize natural light and a view directly into the sea.

Stunning villas are located in the coastal town worldfamous of Praia da Pipa. In this region there are 20 villas with two or three bedrooms that offers a high level of privacy to the guests.
