Hospes Palacio del Bailío is the first and only five-star hotel in Cordoba is located in the historical heart of the city of caliphs, who declared a Cultural Heritage site in 1982. Hotel is a combination of culture, welfare, arts, history, cuisine and relaxation. Guests will get great experience while they enjoy the taste of the region in Senzone Restaurant & Tapas Bar, relax in the garden of rare plants are impressive.
The size of the room was decent for European standard. It was clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast (included) was wonderful – an assortment of fresh breads, cheese, cured meat and fruits etc. The dining room sits on top of a Roman ruin and has a glass floor so that you can see the stuff underneath.
It is a total experience that’s absolutely perfect. From the welcoming staff who takes time to give you a tour of the place, to the great banos, the garden-orangeraie and the pool to the restaurant and the fantastic way the palacio was restored in a modern and respectful way. We loved everything about it. The inspiracion menu for dinner was fantastic and quite cheap considering the experience.
