Interior design for a sports facility at the University of Oregon has been completed by Corey Martin from PATH Architecture in collaboration with Rob Lamb. The cooperation between the two of them in named M1C2 inc. The M1C2 inc. completed the first major project to renovate the weight room for the University of Oregon track team. After successfully completing the weight room UO Athletic department asked M1C2 inc.
Corey and Rob took the request as an invitation to push the boundaries of what a locker room can be and 10 frantic months later the Oregon football players and coaches walked into their new elliptically shaped gathering space, complete with a mezzanine locker area overlooking the entire room, actively-ventilated lockers, a state of the art A/V and lighting system, a newly customized press room and a giant vertical lift door at the end of it all to deliver the players to Autzen Stadium on game day.
