Maison Moschino has been designed by Moschino design team in collaboration with Creative Director Rossella Jardini. The building is divided into four floors consisting of 63 rooms and 2 junior suites, as well as bars, restaurants, spa and fitness center. After entering the Maison Moschino, guests soon filled by Moschino basic lampshade dress, this time really act as a lamp. The interaction between architecture and fashion resonates deeply, and looks beautiful in the entire hotel offering guests the opportunity to experience an alternative life, a world made up for the offer that was built by digging surrealism imagination. JM Architecture have renovated a house located in the Dolomite Mountains on the border between Italy and Austria. The house is built to provide solutions for clients who want to live in a comfortable situation and calm. Architect has destroyed the entire ground floor because of too much insulation and less consumption of light. Few new volumes have been added around the house to extend the entry hall and the oversized family room, which include dining, relax and study areas. Because of the very low temperatures of the winter, the heating solution is the combination of radiant floor heating, perimeter floor radiators along the curtain wall, a gas see-through-the-outside fireplace and a wood one. Terrace is a room in the house or apartment that served as the family lounges and It can be designed vary according to the wishes and homeowner satisfaction. The main parts of a terrace are usually consists of a seat (can be a couch and a wooden chairs), tables and a roof. The house was built in 1908, is a shingled cottage in sanfransisco. Recently carried out the addition of new floor contains the Master Bedroom, Bathroom and Dressing Area with views of downtown San Francisco. At the center of the interior is new staircase to the third floor. The relationship between the stairs and a new double-height entry turns traditionally stacked floor plans to be interconnected and funny circulation space. Details such as open stairs and back-lit wall cabinets reinforce the idea of light and transparency developed in the new addition. In the Living Room, a new, Platonic and solid balance armored open fireplace and a statue of the stairs. Minimal palette of interior helps emphasize the play of light throughout the house and draw attention to the dramatic view beyond. The scale and variety of new space was transformed a little cottage became more varied and complex architecture. (more…)
