Dock4 Architecture has designed the white Perrin house from wood materials. The Houses built on top of a landscape with views of beautiful beach, located on the east coast of North Bruny Island, Tasmania. The main idea is to design the home at the edge of the steepest section of the site, affording dramatic views of the surroundings. Another consideration that is in use by architects to build this house is the energy factor. This yellow building is the center for the fashion company Monsoon Accessorize. Located on the edge of Notting Hill, close to White City shopping center, the building has an area of 15 000 m2 of office functions as well as the design studio. Bright yellow and white gives the impression of the building. Positively, we can describe the yellow color as a warm, bright and cheerful. But if too much, yellow can cause eye fatigue because too much light is reflected by this color. (more…)

Iowa City residence was built in 1941 and then expanded several times over several decades. Iowa City is a massive housing complex. The desire to liberate and set the interior space and connect them to this landscape is a central theme that guided the renovation of the house. (more…)
