Lotus Residence is a tropical house with traditional Balinese style, located in river valleys of Laing. This home offers tranquility, freedom and stunning interiors. Lotus Residence offers six quiet rooms for the residents, consisting of four double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. Each room has a private terrace overlooking a quiet garden equipped with wooden furniture and artifacts from Indonesia. Located at Rua Juranda, Vila Beatriz, Sao Paulo, the house was designed by Apiacás Arquitetos with dimensions of 6 x 24m. This house is equipped with a living room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor. While the upper floor is equipped with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, office and deck. Apiacás Arquitetos completed the project with the economic budget. Designers avoid the processing of land for housing construction because compounding the budget. For this reason, all housing construction following the natural condition of the soil. Alfred Newman Estate is an exceptional residential, designed by architect Lloyd Wright. This house consists of five bedrooms with three and a half bathrooms. The building consists of two floors with the main floor used for living room, dining room and kitchen.
