Located in Culver City of California, Rabines Safdie Architects has built a new park which includes roads, visitor center with exhibits, and beautiful scenery with a total building area is 7200 sq.ft and a total construction cost of $ 7.5 Million. A concrete path leads from the parking lot to the visitor center. On top of the hill, visitors get unobstructed views of the LA basin, where the mountains and the Pacific Ocean framed relentless urban sprawl.

Rabines Safdie has created a simple facility to improve public access to the landscape. By integrating a simple building and its surroundings, the architect show respect for the park itself. But the project has been hampered by the gloomy economy. Financial woes threaten to close the majority of the 279 parks. Gardening officials said in interviews that the National Park Service and the Audubon Society can give employees a voluntary, but there is no formal arrangement exist yet .

This house was built a simple and low construction cost for housing an individual who retired from work and want to spend the rest of his life in comfort. Houses built in a peaceful village with material from the concrete and wood. Spaces with different functions such as living room, bedroom, and kitchen on the limit by a partition wall of the room.
