The Living Room Design of Vivienda 19 House by A-cero

The house is designed by Spanish architects A-CERO, made of clear volume, straight lines and simple shapes. Fasade home is made of travertino marble and there are many windows in it. These two elements give a lot of touching beauty in the house. This house has an area of 1.600 m2 and consists of three floors (basement, ground floor and above floor). Structure of the house conform to the slope (4000 m 2) in which the house was located. Garage and service rooms in the basement, while most public spaces (lounge, dining room, living room …) are on the first floor. Bedrooms and more private rooms are in the above floor. A-CERO has also designed a spectacular geometric 80 m2 and a swimming pool. (more…)

The house was built in two levels, ground floor serves as the foundation for personal use, a set of rooms and defining a horizontal plane based on a pavilion at the top level, which includes the dining room, grill and terrace. Upstairs, one of these bands defines an open-access circulation path between trees, from the street. A piece of concrete L-shaped central area of this opens to the north, opening the forest view with large windows, and close to the southeast, with smaller windows, willing to visual height of a seated person. Architects have designed this house with wood materials. Having an open living room with a large size and minimalist style, there is only a black couch and the carpet without the addition of any furniture in this room. When we look more closely it appears that the interior of the house has no insulation. The living room and dining room are in one room while the bedrooms and bathrooms are in separate places.
